Where do you ship?

 

We ship across the United States. Free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

 

What's your return policy?

 

We want you to love what you get. If something doesn't work out, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Reach out to us at hello@underpineoutdoors.com to start a return.

 

How do your products fit?

 

Our crewnecks and hoodies run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you prefer an oversized look, size up. Check the size guide on each product page for specific measurements.

 

What materials do you use?

 

Most of our crewnecks and hoodies are made from a soft cotton-poly fleece blend. Our tees are 100% cotton. Performance pieces like the SummitShield UV Hoodie use lightweight technical fabric. Full material details are listed on each product page.

 

Are your products sustainably made?

 

We partner with Printify for production, which gives us the flexibility to offer a wide range of designs while minimizing overproduction and waste. We're committed to growing our sustainability practices as we grow as a brand.

 

How does the 1% conservation donation work?

 

We donate 1% of every sale to forest conservation and trail stewardship organizations. This happens automatically with each order — no action needed on your part. We believe the places we love deserve real investment, not just Instagram posts.

 

Can I track my order?

 

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

 

Not currently, but we'd love to add them. In the meantime, if you're buying for someone else, feel free to reach out and we can help you figure out the right size and style.
