Refund policy

At Underpine Outdoors, every item is made and shipped with the highest care. Because of the nature of our limited-run collections, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect. However, in rare exceptions, we offer a limited return policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging fully intact.
  • Returns are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide return labels. Items returned without prior approval will be refused.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at info@underpineoutdoors.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST + Order Number.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return (with photo evidence if applicable)
  • Date of delivery
  • Photos of item showing it is in original condition

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and the return address. Returns without this number will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items purchased during any sale, discount, or promotion
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Final sale or limited edition products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter swiftly.

Refunds

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • You will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • If the product is deemed ineligible upon inspection, no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved for return, a new order can be placed once the return is completed.
